I sometimes suffer from sleep deprivation, and I'm sure I'm not alone here.  I notice that when I have a lot going on in my head, I tend to not get the best sleep quality.  This is my body's subtle reminder to get rid of everything that is not serving me.  One of the best things I forget to do is to dump everything out that's going on in my brain.  I tend to do this in the form of journaling.  This is not really journaling in the traditional sense. Rather, it's more about writing everything and anything that comes out of your head, all the thoughts, all the segues in your mind that jump around... just write it all down. I have found that after I write everything, I feel lighter and a sense of calm. Half the time I'm thinking of all the things I have to do, but in writing them down I release the stress of it and let it go. I surrender and trust that the Universe will provide a way for all things to be done when they're supposed to.  Trust.
