Since this year began, I have been busy moving, and settling in to my new home. My husband and I are extremely happy to finally have an amazing place to call our own, and have a ton of space.  As a result I have a home office and he has a man cave.  We all need our own space! 

In February, I had the opportunity to attend the Conscious Life Expo near LAX. It was amazing! I always come across great finds and this year was no different. Below are some pictures of what I bought during the expo.  

In addition to this, I had the opportunity to take a picture with one of my heroes: Don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements, and many other books.  I was SO HAPPY to even be in the same room as Don Miguel Ruiz, let alone take a picture with him and be in his energy.  It was truly amazing and unforgettable!!

I chose to end my year with what I like to call a Spiritual Cleanse. This is actually something I share with clients, and I always receive great feedback on this.  When I was at church on Sunday, my Spirit Greeting was to do this myself. Ha!  So here I went...  

First, I wrote a list of things I wanted to release and leave behind with 2015.  It was two pages long.  With this I had a ton of tissue because as I reflected on the year, I had a good cry.  So I gathered up all the paper and tissue together. 

Next, I put aluminum foil on top of a baking sheet and covered it with sea salt. 

Then I put my paper and tissues on top of the salt, then just light it on fire. 

You may have to light it in several places, but just get the paper fully dissolved and as much of the tissue as well. 

As you do this, ask the Universe to fill you with love, and that which is for your best and highest good. Send your former self blessings, and surrender to unconditional love and Spirit. 

I hope this will help you release the old, and begin the year with a clean slate, emotionally and spiritually.  I send you many blessings, love & light.
