I had a busy weekend full of Spiritual work. I had a wonderful meditation Saturday morning, and then had a great session with a private client. My day continued with a healing circle with some amazing Spiritual women. Sunday, I worked the Medium's Festival and really enjoyed serving/volunteering. Here is a picture of my table at the Medium's Festival. While exhausted, I also feel very fulfilled and satisfied with all the Spiritual work and progress that transpired.
People are sometimes hesitant to meditate because they think it takes too much time, or they have an idea of what meditation should look like. The reality is, meditation can be anything to anyone. A jog, a walk, any quiet moment is meditative.
One of my favorite places to be in when I meditate is the Huntington Gardens. I enjoy taking walks there and smelling the fragrant flowers before I find a quiet area to sit, and go within.
Meditation doesn't have to take a long time. It's simply quieting yourself to listen to your inner guidance, and allowing your inner self to be heard.
Where do you like to meditate?
My thoughts on all things Spiritual.
